A Farewell Letter from Dr. Brian Rushlow

To the patrons of Wyoming Animal Hospital,

I have made Wyoming Animal Hospital my home for close to 30 years. It is with bittersweet emotions that I announce my resignation as veterinarian effective January 1, 2023. I will cherish all the memories and friendships I have made over the many years. If you stay open to new ideas and possibilities, you never know what doors will open and which ones will close. I have learned so much as a veterinarian and more importantly as a person while being at Wyoming Animal Hospital. It says in the Bible in Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT) “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under Heaven. ”I am not leaving the profession, just the Grand Rapids area. I am taking a position where I will continue practicing veterinary medicine but also mentoring the next generation of veterinarians. Thirty years of experiences and life lessons can certainly be helpful to others. I look forward to this new chapter of my life and career. I thank you for all the memories of an unbelievable thirty years. I will cherish them dearly. Thank you for the privilege of helping you and your pets. It has truly been a blessing to serve this community.
